All are next to worthless. Meeting after meeting, debate after debate and still nothing gets done, except a deal to meet again in the future and discuss the issues further.
They are all an extraordinary waste of time, energy, and money.
They do something. They arrange illegal kickbacks to line their retirement funds with. If a few or a lot more, people get killed in third world countries because of it, oh well...
