This is the annual American Socialist Worker's Day weekend, otherwise known as Labor Day.
All kidding aside, workers are important to any successful organization. I believe any company's labor force is composed of different individuals, who are brought together to be a team and do a job. Some are good at it, others are not. Sometimes, the workers can make or break a company.
For that reason, it behooves all managers, directors, and other forms of bosses to treat them with respect and dignity. In return, I think the workers should always strive to do the best job they can, so as to keep the company sound. It is a two-way street.
This weekend, PYY salutes the good workers and the contributions they make to the economy and the community in which they live.

80's music...I remember those...My poor brother who was in the room next to mine growig up remembers them too, I am sure, as I sang with the radio at the top of my lungs.
