Another Blast From The Past

This is the annual American Socialist Worker's Day weekend, otherwise known as Labor Day.

All kidding aside, workers are important to any successful organization. I believe any company's labor force is composed of different individuals, who are brought together to be a team and do a job. Some are good at it, others are not. Sometimes, the workers can make or break a company.

For that reason, it behooves all managers, directors, and other forms of bosses to treat them with respect and dignity. In return, I think the workers should always strive to do the best job they can, so as to keep the company sound. It is a two-way street.

This weekend, PYY salutes the good workers and the contributions they make to the economy and the community in which they live.

First up is one that even Mustang will remember and may even like. It's called Working My Way Back To You Babe:

From the 80s comes this classic tune by Loverboy:

This one is from the same era. Here is a live performance of Huey Lewis and his song called Working For A Livin':

We'll finish it up with a little tune I still like to hear once in a while. See if you remember this one, from Lynyrd Skynyrd:

Enjoy the music and stay safe.

Good tunes, he should thank you endlessly for singing them. You could have sang something else that had no class at all. ;)

Skynyrd had a lot of great songs that didn't get a lot of airplay. Glad you enjoyed it.
