Marc, Brian, And The Fat Man

Everyone knows Marc Lamont Hill. He's a Columbia University professor and biased Fox news contributor, who recently said New Jersey Governor Chris Christie could never be President because he is fat.

I say biased and I say Fox, because the liberal mainstream media says so. I know it's sarcasm.... I also contend that if they were so biased, why are they giving a voice to this guy?

But I digress.

I guess the real question we should ask is much more appropriate. And that is, why do leftists (like Hill) hate Christie so much that they would stoop to such low levels in their critiques?

I think one only need to listen to this short piece, to know why:

We all know and understand that Williams is an elitist snob of the nth degree..... if there ever was one. But as smart as he thinks he is, it is clear in this exchange that he is certainly no match for the Governor. In fact, Gov. Christie pretty much chewed and spit Anchorman Williams out.... right in front of his own friends.

It's really hard to understand why NBC chose to air that part of the interview, because he was made to look like the fool we all know him to be. And while it may be clearly true that Christie might never be President, it will most certainly not be because of his weight.

It will be because liberals fear a no-nonsense conservative who sticks to his/her principles, and does not care what others think of him (for doing so).

I wrote a blog about Marc Lamont Hill one time, he had gotten his ass handed to him by Bill O'Reilly and somehow he got word of it and stopped by to comment.

I'm not overly impressed with his intellect.

As far as the fat comment, insert "Obama cannot be President because he is black" instead and see the fecal matter hit the oscillating device.

Leftists are so blatantly (insert your favorite "-ist" here) it's stunning. Sexist (if the woman is a conservative), racist (if the minority is a conservative), fatist (if the person is a conservative), ageist (if the Presidential candidate is a RINO). Okay, not as good of an example but you get the point.

And we're the ones attacked by the media as intolerant. Go figure.

At Hill’s own website, you will find these words: “Professor, Author, Speaker, Public Intellectual.” Need elaboration? “Dr. Marc Lamont Hill is one of the youngest members of the growing body of Hip-Hop Intellectuals in the country.” Ordinarily, at this point I would ask, “What in effing hell is a hip-hop intellectual,” but inasmuch as I am attempting to change my ways so that I will never again embarrass the first sergeant, I will simply say … “Wow.” Who proposes Hill as a public intellectual, beyond himself? How smart can he be if he left out the letter K?

Christie is tough and given his personality and weight, he may never be healthy enough to serve as president. More the pity because he's exactly the kind of person we need in the White House.

So far, the presidential hopefuls are depressing. I am underwhelmed, but if either you or Chuck are going to run, I just want you to know you can buy my vote.

Outstanding Chuck. I went back and referenced that post and his comment. And while I cannot reference much about the segment you wrote on or his response to that which you wrote, I did notice something that puzzles me. The man has a doctorate and wrote his entire diatribe in one paragraph.

Maybe it's a generational thing, due to the technology age of internet and texting. But hey.......it did stand out to me.

Doctorate in African American Studies. Better known as, an expert in victimology.

His message is about the oppression of young black people in our society, yet he managed to get his PhD under that same system of oppression. Of course some of that claim has lost it's luster since the election of Barack Obama..... because we now can say to young black males, "starighten up and fly right because someday you can grow up to be President of the US".

That must have messed up the messages of many educated black males in academia.

"Can't you FIND the money?" [facepalm]

Yeah, failure to go deeper into debt is what's "holding this country back." [shaking head]

DOCTOR Lamont Hill - hahahahaha. Hey, at least I got one laugh out of this post. I feel a little better.

We, the editorial staff at PYY, are pleased that you are getting some level of enjoyment from this post. If nothing else, we hope that we can provide some comic relief for the dreary and down-hearted masses.

Once I heard the Jeter won the Golden Gloves, I knew you'd need some support. But this is not to be construed as a blog hug. We do not allow that here.

The same logic has been around awhile, ie, we live in a cable-video age and looks are even more important than when Kennedy won the first televised debate with Nixon in 1960.

Then again if somehow Hillary won the nomination over the skinny Kenyan it would definitely be advantage Christie in the looks dept.

Easy Chuck. This is the bait and Mustang is a master baiter.

This is where I just pass it up and pretend I never saw it.

You did say "Master Baiter" right?

Chuck,

I have may have misspoken.

Since he is the oldest confirmed regular here at PYY. I guess that would make him the SENIOR Master Baiter.
