Anniversary Madness

I usually shy away from self-promotion, but I wanted to announce a couple of things to watch for later this week.

Over at
Mike's America the 25th anniversary of Ronald Reagan's inauguration is being remembered with some posts about the late President. Check it out there and later in the week, I will post my tribute.

Then be sure to check back for my first blogoversary post here at PYY. It's hard to believe but it has been one year later this week.

This is all provided I don't have anymore technical glitches from my internet provider. As you can see, my posting has been weak the past few days and that is why. It appears to be fixed now, but alas, I will be busy with other commitments the next couple of days. So posting may be a bit light until Wednesday evening or so.

Anyway, thanks again for reading. I cannot say that enough. I really do appreciate your participation.

LA,
My Blogger problems appear to be resolved, but I had to spend too much time on the matter. So I composed some things in Word, then transferred them over. I got all my RR stuff done and will post my own essay tomorrow, weather and phone lines permitting. I've been doing battle with the phone company for over two weeks, and my personal landline is not reliable. Arrggghhhh!

But I'll get that RR essay up, one way or another--even if I have to go to the library.

Looking forward to your blogoversary post!

AOW,

That's good to hear. My internet provider went down, it's usually very dependable and I will never go back to dial-up again. But it appears to be back up again and nobody knows why it was down. If all is good tomorrow night, I will call and cancel the service call that could not be done until Thursday. Thanks guys, but your sevices are no longer needed. (At least for now.)

My essay may not be until late tomorrow night or early Thursday morning. My blogoversary post should be on time, barring any further calamity.

I've been plagued with technical glitches for the past 10 days: Blogger problems and the maddening frustration of not getting my home phone repaired successfull (3 attempts made so far). Surreal!
