The PYY Depraved Bastard Of The Week

When I did the last post, I didn't think it would be so soon before a new contender would surface, but there has. Meet Kevin Chandler:

The man suspected of stabbing his baby son in Speedway was arrested Friday in Lawrence.

Stabbing your own baby is certainly a bad thing. But sadly, this is not the first time, nor will it be the last. If this was all there was to this, this wouldn't be so bad. But, as you might guess there's more to this story.

Police said Angela Limbrock, 31, the child's mother, and Chandler were leaving the apartments in a Chevrolet Malibu to visit a friend when Limbrock left Devin with Chandler while she went to get a car seat.

Police say Chandler stabbed the boy, tossed him out of the vehicle and drove away.

He stabbed the kid and then tossed him out the window. I have to tell you, it doesn't get much more depraved than this. Want to see the distinguished honoree? Then, look here.

He's not going to have a good time in the joint. Regular thugs don't like this kind of thing and he'll need a new set of eyes for the back of his head.

I keep telling myself that these are just isolated incidents--that similar things have been going on in America since our inception, but there's never been a 24/7 media to report it.

That reed is getting mighty thin, though.

The seed of Cain has been in the earth for many, many years and subsequently produced some very depraved and roused individuals, quite worthy of this award. But alas, there were no blogs in the antedeluvian age. ;)

This kind of behavior--hurting a CHILD, a BABY--makes me so angry that I can't see! I have the ultimate contempt for such bastards.

You might not agree, but this is the kind of individual that deserves capital punishment. Some parole board will let him out one day.

I agree that he does deserve it, I just do not want the state saying who lives and who dies. The state has already demonstrated time after time that it is incompetent. Besides this baby is doing better and may recover completely from the physical wounds. I say put him in the general population and the general population will take care of him.
