Friday Funnies

Mustang and a few of his sycophants have expressed some doubts about a man I know as Uncle Carmine. In short, they do not believe he exists.

After having a chat with my uncle one day recently, he agreed to allow me to publish a photo of him to prove to the naysayers and doubters (but only after I completed a task for him, which I am always glad to do). In addition to this, he has agreed to write a semi-regular column for PYY, one that we will call Uncle Carmine's Corner. So watch for it coming soon.

Meanwhile here is my Uncle Carmine Sabatini in a recent photo, well pleased with the completion of the favor I did for him:

Note:

Photo was taken immediately after learning that his arch nemesis, Luigi Castellano, was whacked (by whom, we do not know). As a result of this news, he was in an extra good mood and even managed a little smile on the patio of his Tuscan villa.

Look at it closely and look at it good. Because he may not be quite so happy if any of you doubters ever see him again.

Not me, I was fast alseep during the west coast game. But the Angels did blast them. But I have to say, it's not the same Red Sox team of the last few years and the series is far from over.

You know LA, this was a very very good idea. I notice that no one is talking disrespectful anymore. It appears they may have gotten the message.

That's why you have always been my favorite nephew. You are so smart.

Don Carmine:

I join many people who are happy to see you here, finally. Your picture looks the same as it did in the Post Office many years ago, only you have more gray hair and are fatter—the silly expression remains, however.

Now of course, I don’t know what LA has been telling you about himself lately—or about we his loyal readers, either. But the fact is that in private conversations, he is always dis’n you and stuff.

When he does that, most of us simply shake our heads sadly because, well, it does tell us a lot about LA. This may not come as a surprise to you, Don Carmine—since I’m quite sure you are aware that on the street, people refer to LA as Sunsett the Bastard.

Now I have a request, Don Carmine. Could you tell STB to stay away from my Mom?

Puke Eric,

My friends call me Don Carmine, but you can call me Don Sabatini. You are the complete embodiment of what people have come to know as a little twerp. If you ever demonstrate insolence and disrespect toward anyone in my family again, I will have you fit for a new pair of cement shoes.

And another thing, it's painfully obvious that you speak no Italian at all and are relying on Google Translate to make it look like you do? It really pisses me off when people try to act Italian, when they are not.

Capisce?

Chuck,

I can tell that you are a man that can be counted on. I bet your parents raised you to show honor, to have dignity, and show respect.

I know LA thinks highly of you and from what I have seen from your posts here, you have shown tremendous respect towards him. It has not gone unnoticed, I assure you.

On the other hand, Eric, Mustang, Tad, and some others, have not. And might I state frankly that this too, has not gone unnoticed.

Um ... LA

Why you are dumping on me today? I have not done a single mean thing to you this entire week.

This is hurtful behavior on your part, Mr. Sunsett. Very hurtful.

So now I should point out to everyone that LASUNSETT is UNCLE CARMINE SABATINI ... the evidence is reflected above.

This is very disappointing, Sunsett. If you're going to BS everyone, at least hide what you're doing. Clearly, this effort is NOT sergeant major material.

Mustang, Mustang, Mustang.

Did it ever occur to you that I could be at my nephew's house because he invited me over for pizza, and I used his computer while I was there?

Did it ever occur to you that I heard your entire conversation with LA this evening? And how you threatened to splice tapes together to implicate him in things he didn't do?

I suppose none of your friends, those numbering between 1-5, would know about you recording their conversations with you?

Tsk, tsk, Mustang. Well now, there's a file started on you.
