It's not enough, but we'll take it for now.
But, one has to ask the questions:
What next? How long will they be there? What is the realistic objective here? I mean, just yesterday there were reports that President Bush assured Vincente Fox that the troops are just temporary.
I think that somebody is being fed a line, here.
