And what is with these dictators having incredible longevity. We keep waiting for Castro to kick it. I've never heard of any of them suddenly getting cancer or having a massive heart attack. The best we can hope for is a worst bad boy to overthrow them, then we wish we had the first guy.
I'm sure Jimmy Carter already has his ticket to Caracas. BTW, they don't have Diebolt voting machines down there, do they?
