WARNING: Fake Tea Party Candidates May Appear

As the Democrats see their world closing in on them, they have and will continue to resort to desperate measures. In an attempt to keep a hold onto power, there is nothing too low for them.

One such measure is outlined at this website called, The Fake Tea Party. It is a website put up by the real Florida Tea Party and warns people who may not be politically savvy enough to recognize the impostors.

Apparently, a trail of money is leading back to Alan Grayson, the left-wing delusional nut job who represents Florida's 8th Congressional district. He's the guy who said the Republican health plan was for people to die and die quickly. He's the same idiot who called Linda Robertson a K-Street whore, and the same fool who stated that the GOP in charge of Congress is like a terrorist in the pilot's seat.

Here's the scoop from the local Orlando media:

The Tea Party is a loosely affiliated organization, a spontaneous movement of like-minded individuals who are not in agreement with the direction the country is going. They do not approve of the way the current leadership is handling the nation's affairs. They want to change the direction the nation is going. They are NOT a political party, they do not want to be one, and they will not be fielding candidates in the General Elections being held this fall.

According to the website there are several instances where this is going on.

In Florida's 8th District, where Alan Dis-Grayson will benefit, the fake tea party candidate's name is Peg Dunmire. She is not running as a conservative in the GOP but as a third party in the general. In Dis-Grayson's district, this is purely designed to split the conservative vote and allow this paranoid whacko another term to embarrass the good people of central Florida.

The state of Nevada has one too. Meet Scott Ashjian, the TEA Party candidate for Harry Reid's seat. I wonder how much money Reid's camp has funneled over to Ashjian's coffers. Can anyone in Nevada investigate this one?

Here's the point. Like I said earlier, the Tea Party is NOT a party. It is content to work within the system... for now. Whether you think the GOP is conservative enough or not, it is important to note that in these instances, the Democrats are counting on you being angry enough at your candidate to either stay home.... or pull the lever for some third party to keep the GOP candidate from winning.

If this happens enough, the Dems can eke out enough wins to retain power for another two years. Think of the damage that can be done in two more years.

In my state, Dan Coats was not my first choice for the Senate seat, currently held by the turncoat Evan Bayh. He beat out better candidates in the GOP primary, because the Tea Party vote split the conservative vote. But to not support him in the General Election, means that the Democrat Brad Ellsworth will be in that seat and voting for Obama's agenda...like he has been doing as a Congressman from Indiana's 8th District.

The same may apply to your district or state. Maybe your candidate did not or will not win the nomination. If that is the case, support the nominee until the next election. Stay part of the process.

If you are a Tea Party member or agree with their stances, pass this along to everyone you know. If you have a blog, please post this information to your readers.

Let people know that Harry Reid, Alan Grayson, and a host of other incompetent elected officials are up to dirty games to ensure they stay in power, so they can screw the country up even more. If we cannot take back at least one house of Congress, we are sunk.

Great post Sunsett. It is always the hope that people will stop and think before they act (or vote); researching fully the candidate they choose.

I think you have expressed a very important point here that everyone needs to realize: the capitalizing on the split vote tactic. I have linked your post today.

Have a great day!

I'm linking to this, too, LA...this is SO IMPORTANT...I sensed this was happening and am glad to have names now.
HOW CAN WE PREVENT THIS?
It's an exquisite strategy by the left, no doubt about it..splitting the vote might be their only chance this November of continuing the ruination of America.

I remember when Ashjian first came out and the Tea Party there was asking "Who IS this guy? WHere'd he come from?"

There are some better incorporated TPs and the NV one is....Asjian used another name for the Tea Party that didn't resonate with the majority of TPers, did you know that? If I can, I'll get that info...it would be like using "Tea Party of America" tho that's not the incorporated name of the REAL NV Tea Party....but it's beguiling to voters who are desirous of voting for TP candidates. WE HAVE TO EXPOSE THIS!!

Thanks Leslie and Z. Get everyone you know to start linking to the website and get this message out there.

Maybe the reason Clyburn in SC is so worried about plants is because he knows this crap is going on here.

I'm here via Z. Great post. The key is educating the voters.

Hello Cube, welcome and thank you.

Education comes from other voters, so tell all you know that this is going on.

Z encouraged me to come by to read this post.

And I'm glad that I did!

LA, you've said what I've been warning conservatives about since the Clinton administration, i.e., the problem with voting third party (which I've voted for myself in my more foolish days):

Whether you think the GOP is conservative enough or not, it is important to note that in these instances, the Democrats are counting on you being angry enough at your candidate to either stay home.... or pull the lever for some third party to keep the GOP candidate from winning.

Now, as pointed out here The Tea Party Movement is not a political party. But the Dems are twisting it into one and then manipulation that twist into the Dems' advantage for November.

This trick must not stand!

Spread the word to all you know and have them do the same.

I cannot stand Alan Grayson!

I know this news about the Fake tea party is making a little headway in the blogosphere, but I'm seeing it mostly on blogs where people are more in-tuned to what's going on in the political world. I hope it reaches beyond that. I think it's the senior citizens who are most likely to be swayed by fraudulent claims because most of them don't have a computer and only get their news from the MSM...and we know that they aren't going to hear about this on CNN.

Great bloggin', LA. I had not considered the Dems could go that low, but seeing is believing. And as you know, the mainstream media will not investigate this. Just the other day Newsweek was calling for investigations of actual TEA party supporters (to see what they know).

I am not surprised on that either. But I haven't heard anything on FOX either. Maybe they are waiting for a slow news day, when the oils spill and McChrystal isn't the big story.

Honestly? To see what they know about what? Are they now trying to suggest there is a conspiracy?

I never buy Newsweek anymore.

As a sort of test to see if they know what they believe, I guess. In other words, if they were only spoken to be a knowledgeable liberal media member, like that girl from CNN, they would realize all their worries about socialism and debt are really overblown creations of Rush Limbo.
