WASHINGTON - Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist died Saturday evening of cancer, ending a remarkable 33-year tenure on the Supreme Court and creating a rare second vacancy on the nation's highest court.
Now we will get double the obstruction, double the rhetoric, and double the threats. Expect Senate Democrats to start the war of words before the man is even buried.

What a horrible way to go. I hope he rests in peace. As for the rest of us....oy.
Cancer is not fun. Those that fight sometimes eventually lose and he did. It's always sad when someone loses someone to it.
