Poll: Fewer People See Democrats As Religion Friendly

Click on the title for the complete AP article.

Fewer people see Democrats as friendly to religion now than felt that way a year ago, according to a poll released Tuesday by the Pew Research Center for the People & the Press.

That number has dropped from 40 percent in August 2004 who thought the Democrats were friendly to religion to 29 percent now.

Looks like Howard Dean's plan of making the Democrats more attractive to people of faith, is not working too well. But it should really come as no surprise when you have their new poster child, Cindy Sheehan accusing Christians of causing the war and labeling them as terrorists and killers.

Way to go Dems. Keep letting the leftists hijack your party and you'll be lucky to win anything, for the next several elections.

LA, this is copy/paste of the comment I just made on Mustang's site about Dems:

"...The left that whines is making the most noise, but is gaining the least support. Out of this will imerge (in my crystal ball) a new Dem part, the one of FDR and JFK that realize the important need for strong foriegn policy and and end to appeasement.

If they dont, the Dem Party will become obsolete, and replaced by something else. There is a real need for a viable alternative to the Republican Party. If nothing else, to make Republicans act like they are accountable to the voters again (Too much pork spending and a disreguard for the borders)."
